About

Nutrition, exercise, and psychology.

I work at the intersection of nutrition, exercise, and psychology. My approach combines current research with practical, individualized care to help people make sustainable changes to their health.

Whether you are beginning your health journey, navigating a nutrition concern, improving your relationship with food and exercise, or working toward a specific performance goal, I help translate evidence into realistic steps that fit your needs, preferences, and circumstances.

My areas of practice include general health and nutrition, sports nutrition, eating-disorder-informed care, metabolic health, and behaviour change. My counselling approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, incorporating Motivational Interviewing and CBT-informed strategies where appropriate.
