About

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Exercise Physiologist with training in nutrition, exercise physiology, mental health, and behaviour change. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition care, physical activity, and practical behaviour-change strategies to help people improve their health in ways that are realistic and sustainable.

Alongside clinical practice, I contribute to mental health and nutrition research and have authored 8 scientific publications spanning nutrition, exercise physiology, glycemic response, mental health, and patient-oriented research.
